I was keeping my boyfriend awake at night with my snoring. I used this for 5 days and it proved worthwhile, I thought. My BF wasn’t sure. The following night, I forgot to wear it, and my boyfriend said, omg it works, please wear it tonight.

I would like to address some problems reported by others: 1). Put the adhesive patch on Clean, Dry skin. Press on it for about a minute ( I use the heel of one hand) to make sure it sticks. THEN add the actual device, it clicks into place with a magnet when it is lined up with the adhesive patch. I have had no problems with the device or the adhesive patch coming off, and I have a fat neck and move a lot in my sleep. 2). Some folks feel the device burned them. With any electrical stimulation device, It is important to start at a low setting and slowly increase if the low setting doesn't work. I have had nothing like a burn. I am allergic to some adhesives and the adhesive patches do make my skin red/ raw, especially if I quickly pull it off in the morning. I do much better if I remove the actual device ( would not be safe to get it wet) and then put a warm, damp washcloth on the adhesive patch until it loosens, then pull it off slowly. I am also going to try putting a product called Skin Prep just around the edge of where the adhesive patch will go ( but Not where it will be under the actual device will be ) to see if that protects my skin better from irritation.

I don't understand what all the moaning is about I love this item. Just follow the directions for putting on patches, sync your snore circle, attatch it and go to sleep Love that I can change intensity when allergies are a problem. Just a great tiny thing!

Like many, I was skeptical, but willing to try anything. This thing actually works for the most part. Sometimes it wakes me up, but overall, it just works. Also, one GREAT thing about it is that it is NOT obtrusive. I thought it might get in the way or be uncomfortable, but (for me) it's 100% not noticeable when applied. Note: The adhesives only last for one application for me.

So this works and it works well. If i wear it consistently I will even have reduced snoring for a few days after of not wearing it. It works VERY well for me. HOWEVER, I have a beard and this thing is a PITA to get stuck on and stay there. There has to be a better solution! The little pads are not free and you can only use them once before they won’t work again. I have to shave the area it is going on 30 minutes prior to bed, which isn’t convenient obviously. BUT this thing works and is easy to travel with. Right now, this is my best solution I’ve found for me.

I bought this on their actual website after doing research on it - decided I'd give it a go since it's not prohibitively expensive and I'm trying to avoid a CPAP machine at all costs. Last night was night 4 with the device and I've been waking up feeling much more awake and refreshed. My husband has also commented that I'm not snoring anywhere near as much, so he is as well having a better nights' sleep. There are a couple of reasons I didn't give this 5-stars: 1. I've only been using it for 4 days and don't want to jump the gun 2. The pads are single-use and have varying levels of adhesion; last night's felt like it ripped a layer of skin off when I removed it, but two of them had a weaker adhesion that didn't feel "secure" 3. The past two nights the "zaps" didn't feel as strong - either I'm getting used to them or the device is growing weaker. I'll update this when I have a more solid opinion. So far I have a positive outlook, just wanted to comment on it since there were so many ...More
